An exhibition to coincide with the publication of the book, Michael Kenna: Venezia, published by Nazraeli Press. Being shown are photographs taken over a 30-year period in the lagoon by this wizard of the camera lens (he lives and works in Seattle) who is able to look long and deeply, with love and patience. His interpretation of a city considered one of the most beautiful in the world is magical as always and captures both the decadence of some buildings left to deteriorate, as well as the immortal gondolas, canals and moorings. But this Venetian work is not all light and water because Kenna has also dedicated himself to night shots with long exposure times that last hours.
